Aluminium Extrusions

Our main aluminium extrusion factory partner is located in Shanghai and has over 300 staff, possessing 7 extrusion lines ranging from 300-2600 T. The factory is capable of anodizing, , powder coating and further machinery process and has a capacity to process1000-2000 tonnes of aluminium extrusions per month.

The factory is able to process a range of aluminium alloys including 2A12,2A11, 2A14, 2A50, 6063, 6061, 7A04, 7A09, etc.

Plastic Extrusion Factory

Our main plastic extrusion factory partner is located in Tongxiang, Zhejiang province, has a staff of over 80 . Their factory covers an area of 10,000 M2 and is ISO 9001 certified.

The factory has 20 Extrusion Machines and 8 injection machines, developing moulds on their own, and is capable of extrusion of various plastic materials, as well as co-extrusion of metal-plastic and soft-rigid plastics.

The average annual capacity of plastic extrusion produced by the factory is 2000 tonnes
